Using this website or purchasing a license means you agree to this policy. Violation may result in termination of your license without refund.

  • Access documentation, submit support requests, and manage your license through the customer dashboard

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or the plugin to:

Illegal or harmful activity

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime
  • Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or any other malicious code

Misuse of the plugin

  • Install or activate the plugin on more WordPress sites than permitted by your license tier
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin software itself as a standalone product
  • Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the plugin files
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin except where permitted by applicable law
  • Use the plugin to create pages that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Use the plugin in any way that could damage the reputation of Nahnu Fitness LLC or the WP LinkCanvas brand

Misuse of this website

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, our servers, databases, or connected systems

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the website or its underlying infrastructure through denial-of-service attacks or similar means

You retain ownership of any content you create and publish using WP LinkCanvas on your own WordPress sites. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you publish does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the WP LinkCanvas plugin software, this website, and all associated documentation and branding. Your license gives you the right to use the software as described in our Terms of Use. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

4. Your Responsibility for End Users

If you are using WP LinkCanvas under an Agency or Enterprise license to build and manage sites for clients, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients use those sites in compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. You should include appropriate terms in your own client agreements that reflect these requirements.

We are not responsible for the content published on sites built using WP LinkCanvas. Each site owner is responsible for the content and conduct on their own WordPress installation.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning and request that you correct the violation
  • Suspend or terminate your license without refund
  • Revoke access to the customer dashboard and support services
  • Report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where we are required or permitted to do so

We are not obligated to monitor how you use the plugin on your WordPress sites. However, if we become aware of a violation we will act accordingly.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of WP LinkCanvas or this website that appears to violate this policy, please let us know through the contact form at wplinkcanvas.com/support. We will investigate reports in good faith but are not obligated to take any specific action in response.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our products, or how we operate. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
