Pricing questions
Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and the plugin is yours. There are no subscriptions, no annual renewals required to keep using it, and no kill switches. After year 1 the plugin keeps working on your site indefinitely.
What happens after the 1 year of updates and support?
The plugin continues to work exactly as it does today. You just won't receive new feature updates or direct support responses. You can optionally renew at a discounted rate to get another year of updates and support. Bug reports and feature requests stay open to all customers regardless of renewal status.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress installation with an active license key. Staging, development, and local environments do not count against your site limit.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and pay only the difference. Contact support and we'll sort it out.
Do all plans include all features?
Yes. Every plan includes the full plugin with all features: 35 languages, edge geo targeting, Vidstack video, all 5 themes plus the custom builder, WooCommerce showcase, import and export, and everything else. The only difference between plans is the number of sites.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled by SureCart with Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. No PayPal at this time.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If the plugin does not work as described on your WordPress site, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. We ask that you let us try to resolve the issue first.
Do I need Linktree or any other platform?
No. WP LinkCanvas is a complete replacement. It runs entirely on your own WordPress site. No third-party platform, no data leaving your server.
