Where do I find my license key?
Your license key is in the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. You can also find it in your customer dashboard under your active licenses.
How do I install the plugin?
Download the plugin zip from your customer dashboard, then go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in WordPress and upload the file. Activate it and enter your license key when prompted.
Why is my license key showing as invalid?
Check that you have not exceeded the site limit for your plan, that the key was entered without extra spaces, and that your server can reach our license validation endpoint. If the problem persists, open a support request below.
How do I update the plugin?
With an active license key entered, updates appear in the WordPress dashboard under Plugins > Updates. If updates are not showing, re-save your license key in the plugin settings to re-register with the update server.
Does the plugin keep working after year 1?
Yes. Your license is lifetime. After the first year of support and updates, the plugin continues to work on your site. You can optionally renew to continue receiving new updates and direct support.
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund if the plugin does not work as described. Submit a support request below with your order details and a description of the issue. We will try to resolve it first, and issue a refund if we cannot.
