1. About Us

WP LinkCanvas is a product of Nahnu Fitness LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). The plugin is distributed through the website at wplinkcanvas.com. References to "the plugin" mean the WP LinkCanvas WordPress plugin software and any associated updates, documentation, and support provided under a valid license.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting wplinkcanvas.com, creating an account, completing a purchase, downloading the plugin, or installing the plugin on any WordPress installation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License Grant

Upon completing a purchase, Nahnu Fitness LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use WP LinkCanvas on the number of WordPress installations permitted by your purchased plan:

• Personal - 1 WordPress site
• Business - up to 5 WordPress sites
• Agency - up to 100 WordPress sites
• Enterprise - up to 1,000 WordPress sites

A "site" means a single WordPress installation accessible at a unique domain or subdomain. Staging, local development, and testing environments used solely for the purpose of developing or maintaining a licensed production site do not count toward your site limit.

This license is for your own use or for deployment on behalf of clients whose sites you manage directly. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin software itself as a standalone product.

4. Lifetime License and Updates

A "lifetime license" means you pay a single one-time fee and the plugin is licensed to you permanently for the number of sites covered by your plan. The plugin will continue to function on your WordPress installations regardless of whether you renew support.

Plugin updates and technical support are included for one year from the date of purchase. After that first year, the plugin continues to work as installed. You may optionally purchase a renewal to continue receiving plugin updates and direct support responses. Renewal is not required to keep using the plugin.

We reserve the right to release new major versions of WP LinkCanvas as separate products with separate pricing. Updates within the same major version are included during your support period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the WP LinkCanvas plugin software to third parties as a standalone product
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the plugin
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Use the plugin on more WordPress installations than permitted by your license plan
• Use the website or plugin in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Use the website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or to harvest contact information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, our servers, or any system connected to the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without our written permission

6. Payments and Billing

All purchases are processed through SureCart, a third-party payment platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to SureCart's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase is charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout. Sales tax may apply depending on your location and will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If WP LinkCanvas does not function as described on our website and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, contact us through the support form at wplinkcanvas.com within the 14-day window. We ask that you allow us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue before a refund is issued. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases, incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes that are not part of our stated requirements, or purchases where the plugin has been used on more sites than permitted by the license.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

8. Intellectual Property

WP LinkCanvas, the wplinkcanvas.com website, and all content, graphics, logos, text, and software associated with them are the property of Nahnu Fitness LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the plugin software as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Nahnu Fitness LLC.

If you believe any content on this website infringes your copyright, please contact us using the form at wplinkcanvas.com with sufficient detail to allow us to investigate your claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and plugin are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the plugin will be compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting environment, or configuration. We do not warrant that the website will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the website and plugin is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nahnu Fitness LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the website or plugin, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website or plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If such laws apply to you, the above limitations may not apply or may be limited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nahnu Fitness LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or plugin, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

WP LinkCanvas integrates with third-party services including but not limited to WordPress, WooCommerce, WPML, Polylang, Cloudflare, Bunny.net, and SureCart. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third-party services.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the website is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the website or plugin shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us through the form at wplinkcanvas.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving notice.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, which may include a notice on the website.

Your continued use of the website or plugin after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the website.
