WooCommerce Showcase

3 min readUpdated June 15, 2026

The Showcase is a horizontal-scrolling product rail that sits above or below your links. Use it to surface products, collections, or any content you want visitors to browse without leaving the bio page. It works with WooCommerce for automatic product sync, or manually with products from any platform.

Enabling the showcase#

In the bio page editor, scroll to the Showcase rail section and set Placement on bio page:

  • Hidden — showcase is off (default)
  • Above the links list — rail appears between the bio text and the links
  • Below the links list — rail appears after all links

Image shape#

Choose the aspect ratio for product images in the rail:

  • Square (1:1) — equal width and height, works for most product photos
  • Portrait (3:4) — taller than wide, works well for fashion and apparel

Products source#

WooCommerce (automatic)#

When WooCommerce is active, switch the source to WooCommerce. The showcase pulls products directly from your store with live titles, prices, and images.

Product IDs — paste specific product IDs separated by commas to pin exact products in the rail. Example: 42, 87, 103. Find a product ID in Products → Edit Product — it appears in the URL.

Product category ID — used when Product IDs is left blank. Enter a category ID to show all products in that category. Find category IDs in Products → Categories.

Max products to show — how many products appear in the rail. Defaults to 6 if left blank.

Button text (per language) — the CTA label on each product card. Defaults to “Get Yours” if left empty. Switch between language tabs to set each language’s button text separately.

WooCommerce showcase is multilanguage-aware. Enter product IDs in the default language — WP LinkCanvas resolves the translated product versions per language at render time when using WPML. Prices are rendered through WooCommerce’s own pricing system, so currency-switcher plugins (WCML, Aelia, CURCY) work automatically.

Manual#

When WooCommerce is not active, or when you want to feature products from any other platform (SureCart, Shopify, Gumroad, Etsy, Buy Me a Coffee, OnlyFans, etc.), use Manual mode.

Click + Add product to add a card. Each card has:

  • Image — click Choose image to pick from the WordPress media library or paste a URL
  • Title — the product name shown on the card
  • URL — where the card links when clicked
  • Price — displayed on the card. Free-text so you can use any format ($24.95, From $10, Free)
  • CTA — the button label on this specific card. Defaults to “Shop now”

Cards can be reordered by dragging. Each language tab has its own manual product list, so you can curate different products per market or language.

Section heading#

Each language tab has an optional Section heading field — a short label shown above the rail. Leave it blank for no heading, or use something like “Featured Products”, “My Picks”, or “Shop”.

What the rail looks like#

Products render as cards in a horizontal scroll container with left/right navigation arrows on desktop and swipe on mobile. Each card shows the image, title, price, and a CTA button. Clicking a card opens the product URL in a new tab.

Arrow navigation shows only on devices with a mouse. On touch devices the rail is swipeable and the arrows are hidden.
