Activating Your License
A WP LinkCanvas license is a one-time purchase. It gives you one year of plugin updates and priority support. The plugin itself never expires — it keeps working on whatever version you have installed, even after your update year ends.

Activating on your site#
- Go to Bio Pages → License in your WordPress admin
- Enter your license key in the activation field
- Click Activate License
Once activated, WordPress will notify you of new versions automatically under Dashboard → Updates.
Moving your license to a different site#
Each plan allows a set number of active site licenses. If you want to move your license from one site to another:
- On the old site, go to Bio Pages → License and click Deactivate License — this frees up the seat
- On the new site, go to Bio Pages → License and activate with the same key
What a license covers#
- Automatic plugin updates delivered through WordPress admin
- Priority email support for the duration of your update year
- Access to all features on all plans — the license tier only controls how many sites you can activate on, not which features are available
After your update year ends#
The plugin continues to work on the version you have installed. You will no longer receive update notifications in WordPress admin. You can renew at any time to restore updates.
Lost your license key#
Log in to your account at wplinkcanvas.com to find your license key. It is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
