1. General "As Is" Disclaimer

WP LinkCanvas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the plugin is reliable, well-tested, and accurate in its documentation, we make no warranty that it will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or be free from defects at all times.

Nahnu Fitness LLC is a small independent software publisher. We maintain and improve WP LinkCanvas actively, but we cannot guarantee response times, issue resolution timelines, or that every edge case in every WordPress environment has been accounted for.

2. WordPress Compatibility

WP LinkCanvas is built for WordPress and requires a functioning WordPress installation to operate. We test against current and recent versions of WordPress core, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every WordPress version, hosting configuration, server environment, or PHP version.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme. The plugin uses a full-page takeover template that bypasses the active theme, which eliminates most theme conflicts. However, edge cases can exist in certain theme architectures, especially those that inject scripts or styles unconditionally into all page templates.

We recommend keeping WordPress core, PHP, and the WP LinkCanvas plugin updated to the latest supported versions to minimize compatibility issues.

3. Third-Party Plugin Compatibility

WP LinkCanvas is tested for compatibility with commonly used WordPress plugins including WPML, Polylang, WooCommerce, and popular caching and optimization plugins. However, the WordPress plugin ecosystem is vast and we cannot test against every possible combination.

Conflicts may occur with plugins that:

• Modify WordPress rewrite rules in ways that interfere with custom post type slugs
• Inject scripts or styles into all page templates including full-page overrides
• Alter the WordPress query before WP LinkCanvas can process it
• Conflict with the Vidstack video player or WooCommerce product queries

If you encounter a conflict with a specific plugin, please contact us through our support form. We investigate reported conflicts and work to resolve them where possible, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin and cannot commit to fixing conflicts caused by plugins outside our control.

4. Caching Plugin Compatibility

WP LinkCanvas is designed to work alongside page caching plugins, but caching behavior varies significantly between implementations. Cached pages may affect certain dynamic features of the plugin, including geo targeting visibility and some WPML routing behaviors.

Geo targeting in WP LinkCanvas relies on a lightweight client-side check that runs after a cached page is served. This approach is designed to be cache-compatible, but the exact behavior depends on your caching plugin's configuration, whether object caching is active, and whether cache-busting mechanisms are in place.

We do not guarantee full compatibility with all caching plugins, including but not limited to WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, Autoptimize, Nginx FastCGI cache, and Cloudflare's page cache. We will work with you to resolve reported caching issues but cannot guarantee resolution in all environments.

5. Geo Targeting Accuracy

The geo targeting feature in WP LinkCanvas detects a visitor's country using one of three methods: the CF-IPCountry header provided by Cloudflare, a Bunny.net edge header, or the freeipapi.com API as a fallback.

Country detection accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of these third-party data sources. We do not operate or maintain any IP geolocation database ourselves. Accuracy varies by provider and geographic region, and visitors using VPNs, proxy servers, or Tor will typically appear to be in a different country than their physical location.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of country detection. We are not responsible for incorrect link visibility caused by inaccurate IP geolocation data from third-party providers. If you rely on geo targeting for compliance reasons (for example, regional regulatory requirements), you should not rely solely on this feature to enforce those requirements.

6. Accessibility

We are committed to making WP LinkCanvas and its built-in themes as accessible as possible. All five preset themes are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA color contrast requirements, and we test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and focus management as part of our development process.

However, we cannot guarantee full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance in every context. Accessibility is affected by:

• Custom CSS added by the site owner through the plugin's custom CSS field
• Custom theme configurations built using the theme builder's 14 design tokens, where the chosen color combinations may not meet contrast requirements
• Third-party plugins or scripts injected into the page
• The assistive technologies and browsers used by individual visitors
• Future updates to WCAG standards beyond the version we have tested against

The custom theme builder includes a contrast warning when token combinations fail WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements. We recommend using this guidance when building custom themes. We welcome accessibility reports and will address verified issues in future updates, but we cannot guarantee that every deployment of the plugin will pass a formal accessibility audit.

7. Page Load Speed and Performance

WP LinkCanvas is built with performance in mind. The Vidstack player bundle loads only on pages that contain a video link. CSS and JavaScript are scoped to bio pages only and do not load globally across your WordPress site.

However, page load speed depends on many factors we do not control, including:

• Your web hosting provider's server performance, location, and configuration
• Your CDN provider and edge network latency
• Other plugins, themes, and scripts active on your WordPress installation
• Image sizes and media uploaded by the site owner
• Your visitor's device, browser, and network connection
• WordPress database performance and object caching configuration

We do not guarantee specific page load times, Core Web Vitals scores, or performance benchmark results. Performance improvements we document in our marketing materials are based on our own test environments and may not reflect results in your specific hosting and configuration.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

WP LinkCanvas integrates with or supports several third-party services including Cloudflare, Bunny.net, WooCommerce, WPML, Polylang, Vidstack, and freeipapi.com. The availability, accuracy, and behavior of these integrations depends on the third-party services themselves.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, data inaccuracies, or changes to third-party APIs or services that affect the functionality of WP LinkCanvas. Third-party services may change their APIs, pricing, or availability without notice. We will work to maintain compatibility with major third-party services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality when third-party services change.

Your use of third-party services in connection with WP LinkCanvas is subject to those services' own terms of service and privacy policies.
